We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Producer to join the Young Vic theatre.

Based on The Cut in Waterloo, we produce new plays, classics, musicals, adaptations of books, short films, digital projects and more. We attract large audiences from many different backgrounds, we have deep connections in our neighbourhood where we provide extensive free activities. For many years the theatre has been synonymous with staging international works created by some of the world’s finest directors, performers and creatives; productions that say much about the world we live in.

We are looking for someone to work closely with the Artistic Director/CEO and Executive Director, and be an active member of our excellent Senior Management team. This role plays a critical part developing, managing and delivering the world-class artistic programme for which we are renowned, and will lead the producing team as well as work closely with colleagues in the technical department. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in working with experienced and innovative artists, delivering large scale works and collaborating with a wide range of partners.

Salary: £46,000 – 48,000 pa

Contract: Full Time, Permanent
