Simon Stephens began his theatrical career in the literary department of the Royal Court Theatre, where he ran its Young Writers' Programme. His screenwriting includes an adaptation of Motortown for Film4 (2009); the two-part serial Dive (with Dominic Savage) for Granada/BBC (2009); and a short film adaptation of Pornography for Channel 4's 'Coming Up' series (2009). Awards include the Pearson Award for Best New Play, 2001, for Port; Olivier Award for Best New Play for On the Shore of the Wide World, 2005; and for Motortown German critics in Theater Heute's annual poll voted him Best Foreign Playwright, 2007. His adaptation of Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time won the 2015 Tony Award for Best Play.

Carrie Rock trained with Clean Break Theatre Company and has been cast in great productions such as the all female cast of Julius Caesar at the Donmar Warehouse. Pastoral at Soho Theatre. Sweatbox for Latitude Festival. Girls like that at Unicorn Theatre. And yet it moves at the Young Vic Theatre. Shell and Davey at the start and the end for the Vault Festival. Blackout at Ovalhouse Theatre. Mermaids at the Kings Head Theatre. I used to be famous, a short film by Superplex films and is currently touring a forum Theatre piece called Rising for Cardboard Citizens.

Gbolahan Obisesan is currently an Actor, Director, Playwright and a trustee for The Diversity School as well as Ice and Fire Theatre.
Gbolahan was recently Genesis Fellow/Associate Director at the Young Vic Theatre. In 2018, Gbolahan adaptation of The Fishermen for New Perspective premiered at HOME: Manchester and SS Mendi:Dancing the Death Drill with Isango Ensemble at Nuffield Southampton. He is also writing an original feature, WE GET AROUND, for Emu Films/Film4. Previous directing credits include 2017 Olivier Nominated Cuttin it (Young Vic, Birmingham Rep, Sheffield Cruicible, Royal Court, Yard Theatre) Yvette (China Plate 2018 tour), Off The Page, a short film for the Royal Court/Guardian's microplays season. How Nigeria Became: A story and a spear that didn’t work (Unicorn Theatre), We are Proud to Present… (Bush Theatre), The Web (Young Vic). Gbolahan directed four plays as part of The Bush Theatre’s epic 66 BOOKS project which ran at the Bush and Westminster Abbey in 2011. In 2009, his Jerwood Directors Award of Barrie Keefe's SUS, subsequently received a revival in 2010, ran at The Young Vic and had a successful UK tour. Gbolahan has previously been Director in Residence at the National Theatre Studio as the recipient of the Bulldog Princep Director’s Bursary in 2008.
