Today we've to announced casting for Cuttin' It, a devastating new play by Charlene James that reveals the price some girls pay to become a woman. Adelayo Adedayo (Some Girls) and Tsion Habte will play Muna and Irqa directed by Gbolahan Obisesan. Get to know the cast below.
Tsion Habte & Adelayo AdedayoAdelayo Adedayo makes her Young Vic debut. Her theatre credits include Klippies (Southwark Playhouse); Rachel (Finborough) and The Dead Wait (Park Theatre). For film, her credits include: Unlocked, Jet Trash, London Fields, Gone Too Far and Sket. Television credits include: Black to the Future, Houdini & Doyle, Stan Lee’s Lucky Man, Law & Order UK, Some Girls (series 1-3), Skins, and Meet the Bandaiis.
Tsion Habte makes her professional debut in Cuttin’ It. She is currently studying at the BRIT School for Performing Arts.
