We are making access concession tickets, wheelchair spaces and seats reserved for Captioned, Audio Described, BSL, Sensory Adapted and Relaxed performances available to book online. This process will not require you to provide any proof of your disability status.

HOW TO SIGN UP
1. Click here to sign into your Young Vic account. If you don't have an account, click the "Create an Account" button on our webpage and sign up using your email address, then return to this screen and log in.
2. Navigate to the "Other Preferences" tab scroll down. You will find a series of boxes listing different access requirements. Please note that we don’t currently provide all of these access provisions as standard, but are gathering information about our audiences' requirements to improve our access offer in the future.
3. Select your access requirements from the list and click the "Save changes" button to update your account. If you cannot find your access requirements, please select "your needs are not listed". This information will help us to improve our access offer going forward. Please wait 5 minutes for these changes to be made to your account before you continue with booking tickets.
BOOKING YOUR ACCESS TICKETS ONLINE
1. Navigate to "What's On" in the top left hand corner and select the production you would like to attend. Click the "Book Now" button to select the performance you would like to attend. You can use the check boxes to filter by type of access performance.
2. Select your seats on the seat map. Our accessible seating includes wheelchair positions, BSL interpreter view, captions screen view, and audio description seats. You can hover over individual seats to see if they are recommended for access users.
3. Click "Add To Basket" and your concession will automatically be applied once you reach your basket. We offer a 50% discount for up to two tickets for you and your companion. All concession discounts are subject to availability. Read our full terms and conditions here.
RESERVING AUDIO DESCRIPTION HEADSETS
1. In the "Other Preferences" section of your account, make sure you've ticked that you require audio described performances. When changing your access requirements, please wait 5 minutes for these changes to be made to your account before you continue booking tickets.
2. Navigate to "What's On" in the top left hand corner of your screen to find the productions we have available, and select the audio described performance that you would like to attend.
3. Select your seats and click "Add To Basket".
4. The next screen will read "Make the most of your visit". Underneath this will be the header "Audio Description Headset" and a textbox. Put the number of Free Audio Description headsets you would like to reserve in this textbox, and then click the blue "Add to basket" button below.
BOOKING TOUCH TOURS
1. In the "Other Preferences" section of your account, make sure you've ticked that you require Touch Tours. When changing your access requirements, please wait 5 minutes for these changes to be made to your account before you continue booking tickets.
2. Navigate to "What's On" in the top left hand corner of your screen to find the productions we have available, and select the audio described performance that you would like to attend.
3. Select your seats and click "Add To Basket".
4. The next screen will read "Make the most of your visit". Underneath this will be the header "Free Touch Tour" and a textbox. Put the number of people who you are booking in attend the free Touch Tour in this textbox, and then click the blue "Add to basket" button below.
RESERVING HEARING LOOPS
1. In the "Other Preferences" section of your account, make sure you've ticked that you require ‘Hearing Loops’ and/or ‘Sound Enhancement’. When changing your access requirements, please wait 5 minutes for these changes to be made to your account before you continue booking tickets.
2. Navigate to "What's On" in the top left hand corner of your screen to find the productions we have available, and select the performance that you would like to attend.
3. Select your seats anywhere in the auditorium and click "Add To Basket".
4. On the Basket page where your discount is applied, scroll down to the header "You may also be interested in the following". Here you will see a header that reads "Hearing Loop" and a textbox. Put the number of Hearing Loops you would like to reserve for your party in this textbox, and then click the blue "Add to Basket" button below.
