Adam Karim is a freelance theatre director and facilitator. As Donmar Warehouse’s Resident Assistant Director '23, his credits include Clyde's, When Winston Went To War With The Wireless, Trouble In Butetown. Directing Credits include Platform (East15), Pressure Drop (Immediate Theatre), The Yard (Schools Tour) Second Person Narrative (RBSW / Clapham Omnibus). Other Assistant Directing includes: The P-Word (Bush Theatre), Sorry You're Not A Winner (Paines Plough).  

Duramaney Kamara

Sound Designer & Composer

Duramaney Kamara was born into a family of afro-jazz musicians, becoming infatuated with instruments, live music and production from a young age. Reggae, jazz and afro-beat continue to influence his composition, sound design and music production, in addition to hip hop and electronic influences. Duramaney is also a recording artist and producer who releases music under his indie label ‘BE FREE 888 REPERTOIRE’. Credits include; Shifters, August in England (Bush Theatre), Cinderella (Brixton House), Clyde’s (Donmar Warehouse), Suckerpunch (Queens Theatre Hornchurch), Bootycandy (Gate Theatre), Anansi The Spider (Unicorn Theatre). 

Finlay Jenner

Set Designer

Finlay Jenner is a performance designer and theatre maker from South London. He trained at Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and was a 2023 recipient of The Linbury Prize. He works across various fields of performance, including dance, opera, and diverse forms of theatre.

Ivan Oyik

Ivan Oyik is an actor whose first professional opportunity came during his final year at GSA when he was cast as Christopher in Blue/Orange at Birmingham Rep (directed by Daniel Bailey). He was subsequently nominated for The Stage Debut Awards - Best Actor in a Play following his performance. Other theatre credits include Shook (Southwark Playhouse) and Red Pitch (Ovalhouse). Ivan also had a three episode story arc in Doctors (BBC). 

Kingsley Nebechi

Kingsley Nebechi is a Nigerian-born, Italian-raised graphic designer, illustrator and artist based in Hertfordshire. Kingsley’s kaleidoscope of creative ideas bloom in combination with his unique illustration style. 

He made his debut in 2017 with his solo exhibition entitled ‘A Soulful Mind’ in which he showcased works from his personal experiences in life drawn from his well of creativity. Since then, he has progressed his talents to a greater plateau, working on various campaigns from publishing and advertising to sports and media. Notable clients include Nike, Electronic Arts, Apple, Google, Island Records, The Guardian, among many others. 

Marc Pouani

Marc is a Movement Director, Actor and Director of West African Heritage. Marc is an Associate Artist at The National Youth Theatre and a Frantic Assembly practitioner. He has Devised, Directed, Facilitated and worked with theatre companies lik, The PappyShow, Donmar Warehouse, Bush Theatre, The Old Vic, Theatre Royal Stratford East, Barbican and various education institutions across the UK, Europe, Asia and Africa. 

Still Shadey

Undeniably one of a kind, Mobo Award-winning Still Shadey is multifaceted entertainer and electric performer. Raised in the town which would birth some of our most distinct acts, he too will find himself recognised as one of Croydon’s precious gems. With millions of streams accumulated online, the British born (with Nigerian descent) would build his reputation from transparent and thought-provoking lyricism; serving fans with wholesome sounds covering an array of topic matters. 

Spontaneous, and passionate in energy, Shadey brings his music to life when he performs, thriving off creating real moments with fans every time they meet. With numerous singles, EPs, and projects, the artist’s recent 'How to kill a Caterpillar' summarises well the ability and formidable depth existing within his creativity. 

Wumi Olaosebikan

Wumi “Wumzum” Olaosebikan is a Nigerian-British illustrator originating out of East London. A muralist and animator who specialises in character & world design that subjects play on London living with an afrofuture lense. Wumzum’s craft has taken him across 4 continents and takes inspiration from a range of sources: the visual language of comics; the interactivity of video games; the dynamism of graffiti; and the fluidity of the London Jazz scene. These are all elements that Wumi has had heavy involvement in as a creator.  

Developing character designs for tabletop and VR Games such as The world after and Jazz Maze VR and 15 years of street art experience has had him collaborate and tour with heavy hitters in the scene. His comic style is demonstrated through interactive exhibition and installations, namely Terranexus (Proposition Studios) and Brainchild festival.

Ash Johann Curry-Machado

Ash is a recent Film Studies graduate at the University of St Andrews. As two-year President of the St Andrews Film Society and Curator at the St Andrews Film Festival (SAFF), he is passionate about making art accessible to all, providing a valuable space for the arts to flourish. Ash took a leading role in establishing SAFF as a recognised institution in St Andrews, securing a physical venue and organising fully programmed screenings to ensure the longevity of the festival. As a Young Curator, he hopes this will mark the beginning of a fruitful curatorial career. 

Barnaby Brown

Barnaby Brown is a highly collaborative film and theatre maker based in the UK. With a keen passion for storytelling, his work offers a darkly poetic exploration of themes surrounding family, love, and loss. Having developed his craft through participating in the BFI Academy and the National Youth Theatre, he is currently in his final year at UAL London College of Communication, set to graduate in Summer 2024. 

Ona-Ara Fadipe

Ona is a versatile and compelling performer, having trained through Theatre Peckham and worked on The Tide, Young Vic.

Ona continues to evolve as an artist and remains dedicated to pushing the boundaries of performance and exploring new creative avenues. Ona’s philosophical approach to both acting and personal growth has allowed him to bring a profound depth to his performances. Ona is grateful for the support of family, friends, and mentors who have guided him along the way.

Looking ahead, Ona aspires to continue growing as an artist, contributing to the cultural landscape of South London and beyond. Future projects include collaborations with emerging playwrights and musicians, as well as personal projects that blend his love for acting and music in innovative ways.

Yab Yowhans

Yab is a student currently studying Theatre and Performance at the London Metropolitan University. Having learnt and practiced in lights, acting, directing and dramaturgy, Yab aspires to be an artist that takes the contrasting complexities of life (from his experiences) and weave it into something touching and beautiful that others can feel. Yab hopes to achieve more experience in order to make more art and attain more skills.

Cameron O’Loan

Cameron is a costumer, illustrator, and writer that has been producing work in London since 2021. In his work he advocates for sustainable practices in art production, and draws inspiration from vintage couture, his Celtic heritage, and British queer history. 

Micah Forte

Micah Forte is a 24 year old actor. Micah studied at BCE for performing arts and digital media and has been an extra for director Naeem Mahmood for God's of their own religion, performed for Oval House and Battersea Arts Centre. 

Sylvian Cunningham

Sylvian is a soon to be graduate of Central Saint Martins. With a background in Music studies at LIPA, and experience in facilitation and lecturing in gender identity and expression. His practise includes exploring gender in many capacities and he is currently writing a play reflecting this.

Xavier Bailey

Xavier Bailey is a writer from South London who is obsessed with all things horror and anime - and Beyoncé! 

Xavier has developed a curiosity around art and storytelling within the context of archive and preservation. He is now attempting to find new ways to curate spaces for art, stories, and culture as we continue to move further into the digital age. A few recent projects Xavier has been part of include being an active Youth Forum member at the Black Cultural Archives and the Revisiting Brixton Recreation Centre project.
