Join us as Lucy Davies, Sue Emmas and Shereen Jasmin Phillips officially open the INNOVATE: Legacy & Learning Symposium in the Maria Studio.
Young Vic Taking Part delivered the radical flagship Learning programme, INNOVATE, for two academic years from 2021 - 2023. The programme used the arts to teach the curriculum in two local schools and commissioned Royal Holloway, University of London, to research the findings.
Following the publication of the research report, we are excited to present the INNOVATE: Legacy & Learning Symposium to unpack the essential findings and learnings through a week-long exploration, discussion and knowledge exchange.
This symposium has been curated with artists and teachers at the forefront. From emerging theatre practitioner to established artist, student to teacher and everything in between, there’s something in this symposium for you.
